This Privacy Policy is effective from 11 July 2024.
Introduction & definitions
This Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Rules") set out general rules and conditions that apply to your access and use of all products and services of Scorim.com (collectively referred to as "Scorim™ Services" or "Services"). The Services can be accessed on our websites, including but not limited to all content and all Services provided on the domain Scorim.com, as well as through certain downloadable mobile applications or platforms that are authorized by Scorim™ to provide the Services (collectively referred to as "Website").
Scorim™ means 404 Projects LP and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliated organizations, subsidiaries and agents.
By using the Services or accessing the Scorim™ Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the Rules as a whole in accordance with their current version.
This Privacy Policy will allow you to understand:
1. What personal data are collected by us or provided by you during our interaction with you and your use of our Website.
2. How your personal data will be used, where it is stored, how long it will be stored and your rights.
You acknowledge that by providing your personal information to us, you consent to its processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy. When providing personal data about third parties, you confirm that you have the consent of these persons to provide their personal data. We cannot offer you any product or service demanding to the process of personal data of special category if you do not give obvious consent to collecting and use of such data.
«We», «us», «our», «Scorim™» means 404 Projects LP, a legal entity registered in UK, with registration number SL016159, 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH2 4AN.
« You», «Yours» , means the person who accesses and uses our Site.

The data we collect in order to conclude the contract is a condition of providing you with the Services. You are not required to provide this data, but if you do not provide it, we will not be able to provide you with the Services. III. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
We do not sell or transfer personal information about you to other persons or unaffiliated companies without your consent, except for the provision of the Services you requested when we have your consent, or in the following circumstances:
• Lenders . We may transfer data that we collect or receive from you to creditors to provide you with a service in such a way that they can provide you with information about your request for tariffs, offers and information related to other products and services they offer. You agree that when you provide personal data to a lender or a third party through the Site, the provision of your data may also be governed by a creditor or third party 's privacy and security policy that differs from our privacy policy. Under no circumstances will Data Operators use this data for their own purposes. Upon conclusion of the contract, the Data Operator shall return the data to us or transmit it to another processor designated by us and erase any copy available to it. However, the Operator may keep the data locked to resolve possible administrative or legal obligations.
• Others when required by applicable law or when required to protect our users and Services . We may disclose your information to third parties when we reasonably believe that we are required to do so in accordance with applicable law, and to investigate, prevent or act upon alleged or actual prohibited activities, including but not limited to fraud and situations involving potential threats to the physical security of any person.
• Administrative or judicial power . The legal basis for such an exchange is the necessary compliance with our legal obligations. IV. Data maintenance
Personal data are stored on paper and machine media in dedicated Scorim™ repositories, as well as in our information systems, ensuring the preservation of personal data and their protection from unauthorized access.
V. CHILDREN
We do not sell any products or Services to children. If you are not 18 years old, you can use our Site only with your legal representative. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children under 18 years of age without the consent of a legal representative.
VI. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE
By providing personal information about others (for example, someone in whose name you register an account or subscribe to our marketing activities), you state that you have notified them of (i) the purposes for which this information will be used by (ii) the recipients of their personal data and (iii) how they can access and correct this information.
